- Architect Mandate's agentic finance layer, evolving the agent from direct execution into an intelligence layer that strengthens strategy reliability.

- Define Factor's protocol integration strategy: which DeFi protocols to onboard and how they combine into coherent financial products.
- Translate financial strategy into technical build specifications, partnering with engineering to convert contract-level complexity into simplified DeFi flows for users.
- Built and manage Factor Operated vaults; own Factor Docs, covering platform, tokenomics, and strategy explainers.
- Managed Factor's technical documentation at Factor Docs, the primary reference for developers and users integrating with the protocol.
- Authored deep-dive technical content on Factor's Medium publication, translating protocol mechanics and DeFi strategy for a technical audience.
- Kyber Network
- Owner of KyberSwap Docs and the KyberSwap Academy, writing across all technical levels from new-user guides to protocol research and API specs.
- Grew organic search traffic to the Docs and Blog by producing content that ranked in the top 10 for DeFi-specific search terms.
- Presented KyberAI at Token2049.
- DBS Bank
- Advised the Capital Markets team on the application supporting security token listings and client onboarding to the DBS Digital Exchange.
- Delivered the operations console for Climate Impact X, supporting settlement and registrar services for voluntary carbon credit trading.
- Managed the full lifecycle of app delivery, from business analysis through stakeholder workshops to product management.
- Smartcademy Facilitated a multi-day professional course covering blockchain and cryptocurrency concepts.
- IBM
- Delivered hybrid cloud application solutions built on Hyperledger Fabric and IBM Cloud Pak for Integration, working with clients on end-to-end blockchain architecture.
- Collaborated across teams on microservice-based software architecture to support clients' cloud migration.
- JLL
- Delivered enterprise software tools including ESRI-based network planning, M&A dashboards and scorecards, and a mobile lease explorer.
- Consolidated client requirements and technical feasibility across UX/UI design, data governance, and systems design.
- Completed two rotations, in Integrated Facilities Management Solutions Development and Corporate Solutions Consulting.
- Delivered portfolio lease management and strategy for the APAC division of a global IT company and a professional social network platform, plus workplace utilisation studies in Malaysia.
Official contributions
- Ethereum.org Shipped 25 merged pull requests to the official Ethereum.org repository over 8 months (Dec 2022 to Aug 2023), including a restructure of the dapp discovery page adding Metaverse, Social, and DeFi categories with 20+ new dapps, and a site-wide cleanup of EthHub references across a dozen-plus docs pages after EthHub's deprecation. - Bancor3 A tokenomics explainer featured as a canonical resource on Bancor's official docs, an 8-part code guide walking through the trading contracts function-by-function via UML diagrams, and breakdowns of the omnipool redesign, single-sided staking mechanics, and the governance voting premium created by the dual-token BNT/vBNT model.
